Is there any fastlane jobs for a 20 year old guy like me?

"Fastlane job" is an oxymoron. In essence, you're asking two different questions. Any ideas for a job and any ideas for a fastlane business. If you want a J-O-B, you can join the military (any branch will do), learn IT/computers/programming. ETS from the military and work for a fastlaner as...

    Great way to learn code

Uh... I'm not at the point where I know the answer to that question. I'd like to understand what's going on when I hire a programmer to build a website similar to ebay or flippa.

Learn to code, buy software out of the box, or hire a programmer?

Thanks, man. I'm still going to try and learn just so I'll have a basic understanding.

Agreed. I read his book when I was 20 and was about to go into debt to buy a motorcycle. I realized after 3 months of unemployment however, that there is no security in working for someone else. Dave's books are a great way to BEGIN your financial literacy. I believe MJ's point in disparaging...

Thanks for this thread, man. I'd love to know any other resources you have for learning. Even if I don't code myself, it can't hurt to have a basic understanding of the site. piotrkrzyzek, where do you hire your programmers? Anywhere new that's not elance or Odesk? Also, what are your means of...

Learn to code, buy software out of the box, or hire a programmer?

Vigilante, good point. I shouldn't shoot myself in the foot before I get started. Thanks for pointing that out. AndrewNC, thanks for pointing me to your thread. I do come up with ideas often, but I'm stuck on this one. I haven't done any business or marketing planning. I was going to eat the...

Learn to code, buy software out of the box, or hire a programmer?

I want to create a site similar to ebay or flippa, an auction website, with the ability to do reverse auctions (so people can request certain things, etc.). Would you business people out there suggest that I learn PHP and MySQL, hire a programmer, or buy something out of the box like a wordpress...

    WANTrepreneur? Or Entrepreneur?

    MINDSET
This sounds like something I'd see on Appsumo. It's a website that sells tutorials and knowledge for entrepreneurs. Have you heard of it? If ever decide to sell a tutorial on there, I'm sure it would do a lot of good for a lot of people.

is appmakr.com fastlane? App code by amish shah..

I think you can learn as much as you can and if it doesn't work, make a tutorial on why it doesn't work and sell THAT for $1,000.

For Smartphone users: Which one ya got?

    OFF-TOPIC
I have the HTC Rezound. I like it. Android phones in general give you much more control. With that being said, if you just want to email and text quickly I think the iPhone 4S would probably beat any Andriod right now. You can literally tell your phone to text someone and what message you want...

Creativity... Stroke of luck or Habit?

    OFF-TOPIC
I think everyone has a spark of creativity in them. Just like a muscle, you need to exercise it to make it grow. Write down 10 ideas a day and by the end of the year, you'll have 3,650 ideas. One of them may actually be profitable.
