    You have to promote only offers that they like. Start with offers on their own Google Affiliate Network. Those niches and business lines are the ones they will allow on their system. To stay compliant, don't promote anything THEY don't like. :)

    If it's self hosted, no need to worry about that, you host the script on your own server. It's a hosted system, i'd be wary of building any links to it as they could pull the plug on you, go out of business or anything like that. :)

    You have to be clear on the fact that it is a monthly payment, don't hide it and don't trick them. Put it in your terms and conditions and make them agree to them before signing up. I do a lot of subscription business and it's a very nice monthly income stream. :)

    Couple things: 1.) The content network campaigns can take 1 day to a couple months to get approved, literally. They have to review all the ads manually if you're doing image ads and if your budget is $5 per day, guess where your account gets shuffled to? (Hint: the bottom of the review pile)...
