    QUESTION 
    I couldn't tell you about the UK for sure, but in the US you would need the packaging to have a UPC and the Country of Origin on the packaging. Not sure what kind of product you are doing, but it might also help you to have Use and Care instructions on the packaging.

    Well they say that failures lead to successes. Looks like you got talent...don't let the next one slip away! Just keep plugging away at these retailers, restaurants etc. They can't be a jack of all trades and manufacture this stuff on their own...that's why they licence this kind of stuff out.

    A Bank & beneficiary/name does need to be listed for the wire. But either way you should have terms with him so you don't get scammed. If not a Net30 than a TT at sight so he can show that he handed goods over to a freight forwarder or air shipped. Find a new supplier.

    I went in April - not going in October. The show isn't what it used to be. At least in my category (home decor) I used to take a train from Hong Kong to Guangzhou...took about 2-2.5 hours which includes crossing the border. Shenzhen would cut a lot of time off since you're already in China...
