    Maybe you need a different approach? Try calling them, or getting some appointments for a short interview about their problems/challenges. You might get a higher response rate and then you get a better picture of what most of them struggle with.

    I just got offered a new advertising place outside the mall, so might get a banner there yeah. People love trying foreign things and most people are positive about Europe and America, so I think if I advertise it as an American coffee that might work well.
