    a ton of them on odigger, you can also create your own by the way, make sure you create a Win win situation, meaning a good lead, so they don't scrub hard... but you can maximize your advertising dollars :)

    If i understand correctly, you can use a script that will help you achieve that, just add more items to your funnel, Lets say 10 email submit offers, they all get the email submitted simultaneous ... you can also find other per lead offers from lead gen supplier.
