HOT! CHATI got a shot in the morning of prednisone. By the end of the day I could walk. I went for a run the day after. The long run was a week after that. Prednisone worked amazingly fast. And I cut out alcohol completely until I convince myself I won't have a 3-4 a night habit like before.- OMDA
