    Umm... at the end of my thread. saying "Open-minded" and "for me to improve i.e. attitude, steps to get ideas, etc." are not touching your eyes? No one feels like my thread is pretending that I'm selfish with some funny emoticons. Maybe, cultural difference doesn't make it work :'(
