    GHL is amazing IF you have a need for it. I wouldn't just get it to "have it". We use it for all of our clients to track leads, record calls, put up landing pages, track conversion rates, revenue generated, review generation, etc.

    Most websites are better off within a CMS like Duda. Way less maintenance to deal with. More custom solutions, you need to have that programming experience. I'd say 90-95% websites do not need any knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS. Duda, Wordpress, Webflow etc can do a ton.
