    Remember though. Just because Bitcoin is going way higher than $17K per coin does not mean it won't "crash" again. But it is crashing to higher lows and rising to higher highs. Bitcoin crashes over 30% on average about once per quarter

    Its worth whatever the going rate is on the exchange it trades on at that moment. So for a moment, your ether would have been worth much less on the GDAX exchange. If you had a stop loss order you may have been stopped out. There have been a few flash crashes in the regular stock markets lately...

    I didn't say that because one, he needs to make 10 sales by July 5. And two, I haven't read his book. It may be the greatest book of all time but if no one knows about it between now and july 5, it aint gong to sell.

    1) Look for the big bloggers, influencers, facebook pages etc in your niche. Tell them about your book. Offer them a big cut. 2) create a Meetup group in your city and give a free talk on your topic. Or do it at a library etc...
