Analysis. Is this new app an elaborate business plan?

A lot of Chinese startups have a TON of money. Companies like Uber and Snapchat get a lot of their funding from countries like China and the middle east, not so much the US like everyone thinks. The investors there will MAKE you spend $10m a month, it's crazy.

    How I (didn't) become a millionaire at 19

    HOT!
    1. A mix of both, I definitely wanted to not have to worry about money but I wanted to help people as well. 2. I just ignored them literally. And that was because I wouldn't let any doubts come to my mind, and if they did, I kicked them out quickly.

    How I (didn't) become a millionaire at 19

    HOT!
Yes, this is very true. A lot of people think it's a disadvantage when really it's one of the biggest advantages ever because people assume that you are a whiz kid. I'm definitely smart, but I don't consider myself a genius.

I just told him I have a team of developers that can do it and gave him some ideas on how to make the app better. My second contract which was for $85k+ I did not even show an app but the UI of the first project which hadn't even started being coded yet. I think that because I was so open about...

I hired them once I could trust someone enough to talk to clients for me and do it properly. The youngest person in my company was 25 besides me for the longest time, right now it's 21 out of over 50 people, it's the same as dealing with anyone. I haven't had many issues with them being older...

    Why Google SEO is Over-rated

    MARKETING
After reading @InnovateDesign's post about having about having a blog on his site (to help with Google rankings), I decided to write this. I just want to say beforehand that having your business come up on Google is still massively important, but it depends on your business and how you find...

Burn the Ships - what are you experiences ?

    MINDSET
I didn't drop out of a job or had a family but I did drop out of high school to burn my ships to force myself to take the entrepreneurial path. Things I endured: - Parents yelling at me every single day telling me I was going to fail - Most of my friends said I was an idiot and literally...

Should I include an article/blog section in my website?

    EXECUTION
Thank you man! And I think I'm going to make a post on here about that now actually, as I think Google can be over-rated for finding customers (IN A WAY, not always).

Should I include an article/blog section in my website?

    EXECUTION
If you're going to write a blog it really depends on who your target market is and how they are finding you. For example, if you are marketing it by X and Y, and most of them aren't likely to find you through Google in the first place, then it might not matter that much. I've met some people...

How to guarantee the developer won't steal the idea?

    IDEA
@WarriorV Hello guys, I'm new to the Forum and very excited to enter the Fastlane. I have an idea for a software that can be sold based on subscription. I want to hire someone to develop it so I can launch it before the year is over, my biggest doubt is: How do I make sure the developer...

    How I (didn't) become a millionaire at 19

    HOT!
It was a random college student that referred them to us. I've dealt with the same thing, you have to deal with people that have more money. Their app is in a private Beta. I definitely wouldn't consider it successful, but I don't think that they really care about it being successful. I told...

    1. Yes that mentality of you keeping 20% of profits is a total joke, as most of the people just have an idea and no experience to show that they can be successful, so the developer ends up building the app only to waste his time because the other half doesn't know how to market it. 2. When I...

Yes, execution is everything. You can still succeed with a "bad" idea, even a bad idea can make $50k/month+.

Have you talked to your friends about TMF?

    PEOPLE HOT!
I lent mine to two of my high school friends after I read it back in 2014. One read some of it and liked it, the other didn't read any of it and just gave it back after a week. @getright is totally right, it really is something that you have to WANT to find.

Initially I managed the projects myself and even came up with a lot of the creative elements/feature ideas. Now we have a whole system in place with project managers that communicate with clients/partners. It was one of the best feelings in the world to see the whole system come into place where...
