    What Sacrifices you have made...

I actually feel tired often even after 8 hours sleep. I probably only manage 6 or 7 hours max actually fast asleep but I try to have 8 hours 'shut eye' a night. Some people need more sleep than others and I work so darn hard doing what I do and I am more happy and alert and make better business...

    What Sacrifices you have made...

Relentlessaction - I know what your saying about sleep. But...this is not a competition who can have less sleep and who puts the most hours in. My business requires complete concentration as it's mainly a creative one and sleep helps me. Sure...I can bang out a report or some administration work...

Should I take Voluntary Redundancy from part time job

Good advice. But to be honest...I have already succeeded in the creation of my products. I have no regrets and I am confident it will pay off. It's difficult to explain. This is it for me...if it doesn’t pay off....I will go into employment. The dilemma is whether to take Voluntary redundancy or...

Should I take Voluntary Redundancy from part time job

I have been at it for 7 years. I'm making absolutely nothing at the moment, that's why this is difficult. The success is Purley what I forecast from feedback and gut feeling. Here's the thing...I am still in the later stages of the production process. It's difficult to explain. It may sound...

Should I take Voluntary Redundancy from part time job

The problem is....my parents don't really understand my business and to them, it may seem like I am being a lazy redundant job dodger...even though they won't say it and even though they don't pressure me into anything. I am very confident that my business will suceed. I can't explain what it is...

Should I take Voluntary Redundancy from part time job

Thanks for the reply. Its difficult because I do need to leave within 18 months whatever happens with my business and the offer is one years wage so it's kind of logical that I leave now. But then again...it would definitely add extra stress being unemployed and feeling of guilt not going to...

Should I take Voluntary Redundancy from part time job

I have been working part time at the post office for 12 years. In that time, i went to College, University, went travelling and also spent the past 7 years working on my business which i am very happy with and i am confident that in one year, i will be making a very good wage if things go...

    What Sacrifices you have made...

Very good points. Actually a big fear of mine is to be doing a 9-5 job...where you see the same faces every day, discuss what your having for dinner every night and going through the monotonous routine of it all then going the gym after work with all the sheep, living a mere existence. I have...

    What Sacrifices you have made...

My post may have sounded negative but I do think about failure but not to the point of it crippling me or in any severe way. Yes I could do without negative thoughts but it is a battle that I am winning. Why? Because...I am working extremely hard and I am very happy with my output and I have...

    What Sacrifices you have made...

We all make Sacrifices to pursue our dream of becoming a successful entrepenuer, some more than others. It's hard to find people who can relate, even friends and family, because from their point of view....it is just a 'pipedream', especially if they do not understand the market and industry. I...
