The best decision you ever made ?

    HOT! MINDSET

Also, I have a full time job that takes care of my bills and expenses, thus I don't rely on my domain names for revenue. Although I dream of the day when I won't have to work at a full time...

The best decision you ever made ?

    HOT! MINDSET
Yes, I've sold a few but I also refused a good number of other offers. My preferred route is one of partnership / joint venture. I would rather find a partner or partners interested in developing one or more of my names than sell them outright. Unless of course I get an offer that keeps me...

Started investing in domain names (.com's) years ago. Have many good ones, some great ones, and a few stellar ones.

    Uber is self-destructing from within

Millions upon millions of people earn minimum wage, and with part time jobs gaining in numbers every year, thus even more people just earning the minimum, I really doubt that their pool of drivers will ever run out anytime soon. Plus as you say, with the added benefit of working when they want.

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
If I may, based on MJ's proven track record, 2 things come up. The recipe for success then is a sunny climate and an awesome domain name. :smile2:

Good points! Wouldn't be surprised if States just north and west of California will be benefiting (and I think already are) from companies moving out of the Golden State.

Then can we say California is the location of choice? Weather, people, money, opportunities, etc. Would love to hear from others who've lived or are presently in the Golden State.

I understand your point, and it's valid, but I was just trying to show the importance of having money and how it shapes one's outlook on life.

Speaking of climate and sunshine, this is a saying of mine that I like repeating to my 3 boys: "When you have no money, it's never sunny."
