    A lot of it might have to do with my work training, but i'm big on putting things into "projects" and then creating smaller tasks for each item. the big thing for me is to set a deadline that i think is reasonable and then stick to it. If you dont set deadlines, nothing will get done.

    I honestly just ask people a lot of questions. You would be amazed how much people want to talk and appreciate someone to listen to. I ask questions and then once I find some common ground, I take the conversation down that road.

    so far it doesn't look to be as big of an impact as the first couple updates. looks like it is more of a refinement to me and that it will start to run more consistently now that they have the algo more dialed in. I'm sure all of the disavow requests helped with that!

    I think it is good to have a general knowledge of programming, but in my opinion probably isnt the best use of your time when you can outsource something like that easily. If you have a general knowledge of it, you can better manage the people that you outsource to and scale easier.
