    if I were to think of a niche, people who are not really socially inclined and who keeps to themselves, maybe this can work. i'm not sure about this but i've seen crazy niche businesses that works. one good example is that guy cleaning crime scenes. i mean who would find interest in that.

    You'll never know until you try it. But keep in mind that the business you are setting up must be systems based and it should not rely on you. I think if you setup a unique system for your target client, this can be your advantage and that should take care of your worries about competitor.

    Fnding a Distributor for my produts.

    Email is not really that effective. Response rate is less than 1% in my experience. Better try a different tac. Try calling or maybe visiting them or attending a business gathering where you can meet them. Product expos is one way to meet distributors. Hope this helps.
