    This rubs me the wrong way. So the company is saying that they expect you to be on call for a flat fee? No thanks! $2300 is not worth having to be tied to your laptop and phone in my Opinion. Job 2: marketing. "No 9h - 17h mentality please", 5 days a week, 2300 euros net per month.

    This makes total sense. Are you able to access some US tutoring websites where you live? I would say start there since two worked tutoring hours where you live is equal to one in the US. Creating an Asynchronous (self paced) class on Outschool may be a good place to start.
