PUBLISHINGYou could just set up a new list in MailCheat(Chimp) and grab the url of that, and just send the kindle readers the MailCheat(Chimp) hosted form, OR set up a free bitly account, and create a link in bitly to use in your kindle books, which will allow you direct them to a landing page and also get stats.- thriveful
