    Yeah! before going to the gym I realise now how much judgement I had. This stuff is for everyone and benefits everyone. I only realised that after actually stepping inside a gym. I now go 4 times/week

    I am re-reading Unscripted.

    I listen to these startup podcasts (19 y/o builds an app that brings in 50k/month over night) and I often wonder how much of what I'm listening to is survivorship bias. Thinking about it, most advice online feels tainted with this survivorship bias – I think this is the correct term here.
