    Can you link a really cheap one (under 200$)? Wouldn't that make it take twice as long? Dude most suburbanites have their ladder nested somewhere in the house where it wont be found for years on end, do you know another way?

    Houses where I live are so high that I don't think even a 9 meter straight pole would be able to reach the windows. And a lot of the windows are placed annoyingly over a roof layer like this: How do you think I would go about cleaning those? I believe that a pole like the one in this video...

    Exercising before doing work could be bad due to fatigue sure, but if you exercise right before you go to sleep that will really mess up your sleep schedule. I would exercise at least 3 hours before bed, 4 if possible.
