    I'd tend toward skepticism here. The nondisclosure agreement the insiders sign doesn't end because you're crossing the threshold between here and hereafter. Violating it may still have ramifications even after you've checked out.

    They all tried to purchase land in places that they think aren't targets, built underground dwellings there, and plan to ride out the storm. From what I read, these aren't the 1960s backyard bunkers. They're effectively underground mansions.

    I'm about two-thirds of the way through E-Myth Revisited. It was a recommendation from one of the brokers in the firm. I'm glad to be reading it but I'm frustrated at having to sift through the "Story" aspect of it and rather wish he'd make his points (most of which are good) briefly and be done.

    I'd forgotten to close this thread. The resale deal just didn't work out. Neither party was willing to compromise in the end. I closed my consultancy with both parties for reasons unrelated to the resale deal.
