    I'm sorry, if they CANNOT afford the retainer they most certainly cannot afford the consulting fee. If they cannot afford the consulting they sure as hell don't have any money to acquire a business. I'm not talking gas stations and bakeries neither. It has nothing to do with "time wasters"...
