HOT! CHATFor a time I used a sunlight lamp paired with a timed power outlet as my alarm. I stopped because the timed power outlet I had sucked but when it worked it was a wonderful way to get up in a more slow and natural way. Gotta pick up a new one now that I mention it.- Subsonic
