Profitable (and very odd) side hustle but not sure how to scale it….
SCALINGCreat social media accounts for "Staman's Shaman Co" Tik Tok etc to build the brand, so that people will want your trained staff at their halloween events, kids birthday parties, whatever else you can get into and they don't just set up their own. Build out your shows, join a touring circus...- Bearcorp

Is Anyone Else Intermittent Fasting?
NOTABLE!I don't actually find it that hard, but plenty in our group do, struggle with headaches, some don't last the time, but it's not too bad for me. I drink a lot of water, any time I feel a bit hungry, or when I'd normally have a meal I just drink a heap of water and that gets me through.- Bearcorp

Is Anyone Else Intermittent Fasting?
NOTABLE!I did my first 60hr fast with a group on this forum, maybe in this thread? I do one every quarter now, the start of each season, a friend runs a free group where he shares all the health benefits relating to what’s been discussed above, I like the routine of knowing every 3 months I lock in for...- Bearcorp

Quit Alcohol. Try it.
MINDSETLet's see, Friday night coaching junior cricket training, then movie night with the wife and kids. Saturday I was in the gym at 7am, took my kids to swimming lessons after that, gardening and a rubbish dump run, then a friend's 40th. Only sober one there but had a great time seeing some old...- Bearcorp

HOT! CHATI've certainly had my challenges with staffing, and grappled with wanting AI to replace everyone, to wanting to rebuild a strong team. It really comes down to leadership. It's a time to develop that, as entrepreneurs, having an idea, taking it to market, making profit is only the start of the...- Bearcorp

HOT! CHATJust to jump on the Airport security bandwagon, going through security in Australia last year, my carry on got flagged, 4 security surrounded me all stern and aggressive, I shit myself, had no idea what could have caused it. HOT! CHATLove him or hate him Jake Paul is a brilliant influencer and marketer. A few of my mates and I had a few beers thinking we might catch a glimpse of Iron Mike. Instead we watched a 30 year old beat up a 60 year old, both loaded up on HGH or whatever else they can legally juice up with: From...- Bearcorp

HOT! CHATAnd I used to think human HR managers and Site Foremen were pedantic  Seriously though this is wild, I've got some general maintenance around home to be done, and a pending retaining wall that needs to be built, instead of finding 4 quotes from randoms online, or friend of friends, or...- Bearcorp

HOT! CHATAlong those lines I read something about how your body does some dramatic “aging” internally at roughly 44, and again at 60. And supposedly those leaps you can’t reign back the damage. I think it’s a good thing there’s more and more info on trying to encourage people to stay and be healthy, if...- Bearcorp

Need Advice On A Non-existing Relationship
I met my ex-wife like this. Got her number at your age and messaged her Happy Birthday, we started flirting over texts and got together for 7-8 years. If I had my time again I probably wouldn't send the message, but that's not to say you shouldn't - Bearcorp

New millionaire class… trade empires.
CHATPoint 2 is true to a degree, as a former Plumber, I've seen plenty of businesses burnt by shoddy builders, developers etc. There's a lot of red tape in contracts now to try and safe guard that, but it still happens regularly. But the first statement is 100% on the money. Knew and still know...- Bearcorp

Selling internationally & trademarks
QUESTIONBeen a while since I've dealt with this but as MJ said there is some protection if you have sales first, and part of the guys US trademark application would be that he has to prove he is selling the product too, if you've sold in the US you might be able to apply to have his trademark...- Bearcorp

ChatGPT AI is a huge breakthrough, a Google killer
- AI -On the weekend a mate used ChatGPT 4.0 to select 8 horses at a race meet, it correctly picked 6, 1 was a late scratching and the other one came second but was described as a "value bet" at $12. It said it pulled info from 7 different websites to determine the picks. Wild stuff.- Bearcorp
