Cannot understand why local, county, state, are broke?
Just cannot figure out why cities, states, and the federal government is broke. All of the money they are collecting from sales, property, income, and other taxes, it just does not make any sense. I am from Illinois and maybe it is because we have incompetent politicians like Rod Blajogevich...- GLC65
