Is entrepreneurship something you're born with?
MINDSETI get what you mean, the top top .1% in sports probably has something extra, some dna or proficiency in talent that gives them an edge to be the greatest. However what about the division 1-3 college athlete or the last guy in the bench in the NBA? Are they all born with extra talent in their...- biophase

Is entrepreneurship something you're born with?
MINDSETYour argument here does not make any sense. First you mentioned LeBron, 6’8” 240lbs, with a 40 inch vertical. Of those attributes two of the three can be attained by anybody. The only thing a person cannot control is his height. Then you go on to say that once you started working out and...- biophase

Estate Planning for Entrepreneurs?
I think everyone knows they should do estate planning, but nobody actually takes the steps to get it done, let alone pay thousands of dollars for it. I know that I need to update mine and I’ve been saying that for 3 years now.- biophase

Estate Planning for Entrepreneurs?
My gut feeling is that business owners won't be concerned about estate planning until they get older. Most of my friends do not have any estate planning at all. At most they have a will. You probably need to target business owners with kids that are over 50.- biophase

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread
HOT! CHATHonestly I just don’t enjoy driving a sports car anymore. I’m more happy with my lifted 4runner and scratching it all up and parking anywhere. I still do like exotic cars but I see them as art pieces to sit in the garage. I would love to get a home where I can park a car in the living room as a...- biophase

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread
HOT! CHATI sold my Mclaren to help pay for the house in Sedona. That was the main reason. My current itch is a new home in Aspen/Snowmass. I don’t really have any car itches, although I did put a deposit down on a Rivian.- biophase

Why what car you drive matters
HOT! MARKETINGI think what's interesting here is that people often think that wealthy people expensive cars as a way to show off. But what I can tell you is that people either like certain things or they don't. And whatever they seem to like, they spend more money on. But they are not buying them because...- biophase

where do you find your chinese supplier? As an importer
Hi Ada, What kind of products do you manufacture. I would say the easiest way to find new clients is to have a good website that shows the quality of your products and then to participate in forums and groups to help customers without trying to sell them anything.- biophase

Is waking up early worth it?
HOT! HEALTHI think you have to follow your own body’s rhythm. I am a late sleeper and I wake up around 9 or 10 AM every day. I have not had a job for over 20 years now, so I can sleep and wake up whenever I want. However my body seems to default back to this sleep cycle all the time. For example when I...- biophase

Why what car you drive matters
HOT! MARKETINGAre you understanding what that story is saying? It is saying that you are the customer. In your example, the realtor showing up in the Ferrari is the guru. The guru is using his Ferrari to dupe you into thinking that if you buy his course, or in this case hire him as your real estate agent...- biophase

LOL, Sure, where do I sign? (Does this marketing pitch even work?)
MARKETINGThe seller had listed the lot on the MLS (it was 2 lots adjacent to each other) for $50k. My letter offer was $20k. The reason the seller called me was because she thought my letter was offering $20k per lot, $40k total. So this is why we got the 1 for 1 response. However, I told her that the...- biophase

Why what car you drive matters
HOT! MARKETINGI see them all day every day, but I do live in Scottsdale. I'm moving to a new home in Vegas later this year in a gated community, I was at the gate waiting for it to open one day and the two cars in front of me were Lambo Urus's. You know if their SUV is a Lambo, that their 2nd or 3rd cars...- biophase

Why what car you drive matters
HOT! MARKETINGI don’t understand you. Now you say who cares what you drive it for. But your original post was about having a nice car so people will judge you differently. So I guess you do care why you drive it for. In your initial point if everything was equal and the only difference between them was their...- biophase
