Phone conversation with a car dealer today. Me: I don’t wanna pay over MSRP for a new car. Dealer: what about a used 2022? Me: I’m looking for a new car. Dealer: Well it’s new to you. Me: Don’t call me again.

    INVESTING
I never understood the part about not taking money off the table. I've always viewed any type of monthly or fast cashflow as a temporary income stream and to bank it away into something that is not tied to the income stream. That's probably why my ecom business has also never grown...

But to be fair, the real estate agents I’ve used are all pretty honest with me. I think that’s why I picked them. It’s always the selling agent at the showings that say the dumbest things. We literally walked a house last week where they were asking 2.4 and the realtor says to us I can get them...

Real estate agents make up excuses about everything. I recently went to look at a very expensive 8 figure house for shits and giggles. The house was pretty nice but the master bedroom was very small in comparison to the rest of the house. When I mentioned it to the real estate agent she said...

I came up with an idea this weekend that may or may not work. Renting regular old cars on Turo. Imagine buying a 72 Pinto and then offering it on Turo. They cost around $10k-$20k. I think there would be a subset of people that would like to rent a car that they used to have when they were...

Can i get somewhere without a FTE ?

    MINDSET
Honestly it would be scary if you had an FTE at 17 years old. That would mean that your teenage years really sucked. Don’t worry about it until you get into the real world and are out on your own. It will come.

    Question on action faking…

Lol, worry about this after you’ve made a few million. And yes you can stay private. Many businesses out there making money and you have no idea who the owners are/is.

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
Just to update you on my story of canceling my LA fitness membership a few days ago. According to the LA Fitness website you have to print out a form and send it by certified mail or you can walk into an LA fitness with the form and give it to an operations manager. So I printed out the form...

Companies to AVOID as you succeed in your FASTLANE...

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
I think you can add Cox and Directv to that list just because they make it so hard for you to talk to a real person and their business model depends on you forgetting to “pretend to cancel every 12 months” so that you get that special discount. And also LA Fitness for making you certify mail a...
