Should I sell my AI app for $50k ?
SAAS / APPSI don't know what the longevity of apps are but I would lean towards selling. Making $70-$140/day, let's just average it and say $100/day. So 500 days until you get $50k. Do you think your app will last that long? Do you think you can improve it and make more? Do you have another project in...- biophase

What book are you reading? Right now. Post up!
NOTABLE! HOT! BOOKS CHATI've been reading the Three Body Problem book series. I'm on the 3rd book right now. The first two books were kind of mind blowing. I can say that this book series is so different than anything I've read. It makes me wonder what is going through the author's brain. It is so unpredictable. Just...- biophase

What's your motivation to do things if you don't need to make money.
NOTABLE! HOT! MINDSETYes, I think it is because of the NEED issue. When I buy a car for a rescue, I just go to the dealer, pay asking price (because they won't budge). When I buy a car for myself, I won't pay asking price. I think it is because the rescue NEEDS the car and they NEED it right away. So it may cost...- biophase

What's your motivation to do things if you don't need to make money.
NOTABLE! HOT! MINDSETSorry I somehow missed this post. Yes, another year passes and I'm still kind of in the same place in terms of mentality. Financially, I'm better because as each year passes, you accumulate more money and you have one year less to spend it. I still find it very hard to let go of the more...- biophase

What is the Fastlane stance on Debt?
MINDSET QUESTIONIt all really depends on how you use the debt. Like in MJ's case, I just purchased a house using mostly cash. I could have easily gotten a loan at 6% (maybe 5%) but in hindsight, what I did makes so much more sense now. I'll make the numbers even for my example. Let's say the house was $1m...- biophase

My blog is going nowhere and I want traffic!
MARKETINGI hate to be the party pooper, but those numbers are not good. 5 views from google in 3 months? Come on. You aren’t going to survive at this rate. You need to change something. Again, I want to ask you what do you mean when you say you are working on SEO for your website? What exactly are you...- biophase

My blog is going nowhere and I want traffic!
MARKETINGAs far as SEO goes, have you gotten any backlinks? You can’t just post content without getting any backlinks and hope to get ranked. As far as social media goes, you need to be the one creating the content not trying to spam links on someone else’s account. You need to post videos on TikTok...- biophase

HOT! CHATI think this depends on how badly you want to excel at something. You can either work to correct it or compensate for it. I had a friend who in basketball kept missing the rim just a few inches to the left. We could have worked to correct his form and make his shot go straight or we could have...- biophase

HOT! CHATIt’s not that they don’t have the means to do it. You have to ask why would they do it? Billionaires have the means to make their own car but they choose to drive one that somebody else sells. Why?- biophase

HOT! CHATI am actually talking about the copyright date on a website. This forum has content created daily, so I understand that its copyright date should be updated. However, on other websites were nothing changes, there is no reason to update it. In fact, I would use a copyright date range instead of...- biophase

HOT! CHATIsn't this the opposite of the reason you put the copyright on the website? You're not supposed to just update the year every year. In fact, if you wrote an article in 2013, it should be copyright 2013. There's no reason to make it 2023. What if someone in 2022 copies it. Then your website...- biophase

MARKETINGAt your current volume of selling, you could just make the books yourself right? Just get the pages printed, buy the binders and put them together at home as they sell.- biophase

What to eat if you can't cook/fry/boil anything?
HEALTHI think this is the best course of action. Along with learning to cook and clean after yourself, you are going to train your brain to not care about what others think. I think this is a great mental strengthening exercise in addition to you eating better.- biophase
