Dating as a Fastlaner
HOT! MINDSETI had a similar experience but somewhat opposite reasons. Back in my 40’s when I was on my fastlane journey I would date women in their mid 30’s who were doctors and lawyers and it was sort of a turn off because they worked too much and were career oriented. They had careers that were going to...- biophase

How do Fastlaners feel about naps?
HEALTHI had a 2 hour nap today. If I’m sleepy, I just go to sleep, because I can. No reason to try and stay awake if your body is saying it wants to sleep.- biophase

Need Criticism! My fourth business attempt. Personal cooling & warming device.
IDEA EXECUTION QUESTIONYou mention drop shipping. So does that mean that the product you found is not being sold by the Chinese manufacture on Ali express or Temu? Who are they making it for then? I just don’t see what type of advantage you can have by drop shipping a product.- biophase

Need Criticism! My fourth business attempt. Personal cooling & warming device.
IDEA EXECUTION QUESTIONI wouldn’t do an electronic product. Sounds like it will take a lot of money to get it off the ground. There’s probably a reason you don’t see the ones you want one Amazon. Honestly you said you failed 3 times already. Really ask yourself how this is different than your first 3 and if you are...- biophase

Start a new business helping photographers scale their business!
EXECUTIONI think this depends on the type of business you are running. In this case, if somebody is shopping for a wedding photographer, they must have looked on the person’s website and liked the photos. The photographers are probably on a short list that the wedding couple will be calling. They will...- biophase

Start a new business helping photographers scale their business!
EXECUTIONEver think the reason they don’t answer their phones is because of cold calls like yours? I never answer my business phones. I figure if it’s important they will leave a message. From a photographer’s perspective if the potential client is calling about a wedding, they will leave a message...- biophase

HOT! CHATMine is like 7 hours but when I check it, it includes any time you are on gps driving and also if you are playing a pandora, listening to YouTube or podcast. So it’s really not a good measurement of real phone time.- biophase

HOT! CHATAgain... why signing up for a gym is like buying a car. So today I signed up at EOS fitness. It's the closest gym to my house. $1 initial fee, $49 annual fee and $10/mo. Ok, I can deal with that. I go to sign up and they say, we need your checking account to do an ACH debit each month. Can...- biophase

Why what car you drive matters
HOT! MARKETINGI feel like if you are showing or listing $40,000,000 houses like on the reality shows then you can show up in a Bentley or Lambo SUV.- biophase

HOT! CHATThe reason I asked is that I was wondering if that house you posted was asking for its land value. So you can’t just look at the tiny house and say it’s a $1.5m home. It’s really a $1.5m lot and someone will buy it and spend $2m building a big house on the lot.- biophase

HOT! CHATSorry, but the photo of the home in Miami is of 3 townhomes. So for the real estate in the photo, it’s $3.15M. What’s the estimated value of the house to the right in the Canada pic? Looks newer and larger.- biophase
