How to Launch a Million-Dollar Business this Weekend w/Noah Kagan
GOLD! HOT! AMAI just listened to something about this on the My First Million Podcast. Basically these companies were tired of finding shitty or irresponsible influencers to market their stuff so they made their own influencers using AI. So their take was to create a personal brand off of an 100% AI person...- biophase

HOT! CHATYes, just finished it. I don’t see this show as a popular US show. Way too complicated to follow the games for most people.- biophase

What is the BEST "value" you ever paid for?
NOTABLE! HOT! CHAT EXECUTIONThis is going to be a weird one, but I just had to sing my praises for this. Get yourself some extra long screwdrivers. I bought these for a project and have since used them so many times that I kick myself for not having them. You won’t realize how often you need a screwdriver that is at least...- biophase

Take it: Six-figure local service opportunity (Better than copywriting!)
HOT! IDEA EXECUTIONIt took two weeks for the faucet to get here since it shipped from China. I also had to return the first RO unit that came since it malfunctioned. But now it’s finally done and no new holes had to be drilled and the new faucet looks a lot slicker than my old one. Thanks for starting this thread.- biophase

HOT! CHATHave any of you watched this show? It’s a reality show like squid games but for academics. The games in this show are crazy complicated. I think many of you here would like it. https://www.netflix.com/us/title/81653386?s=i&trkid=14170286&vlang=en&clip=81727923 View...- biophase

HOT! CHATThis is so weird. This was a clear case of fraud. I looked at the order and the IP address was from Mexico. Our product was shipped to a casino in Vegas with no room number. When I responded to the case, I just agreed with the chargeback/fraud and did not provide any additional information...- biophase

Idea for a tourism/retreat business (does not exist but I'd be a customer if it did)
IDEAHis is just a guided trek. I think if the OP wanted to do something like this it would be outsourced in separate packages. For example, you hire an outfitter for the trek portion. But you add a day before and a day after at a nice resort. You bring in a yoga instructor and xxx guide for the day...- biophase

Random Chat, Thoughts, Posts, and/or Rants Thread
HOT! CHATHeard this on a podcast recently. Woman is looking for a donor for her baby and she is very pretty. However the donor must meet certain criteria and she wants natural insemination. In order to meet her certain criteria, the potential man must fill out a form and take a 23andme DNA test and...- biophase

The most important business pivot is done before starting.
IDEA NEWSLETTERTheree is no right ratio, but it should be something manageable. I’d never done this calc until now but my estimate is that I’m running $500-$800/day/employee. Feels ok to me, I have no idea. But if I scale that to $10k a day, it wouldn’t be a linear scale. My guess is that I would need to add...- biophase

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?
NOTABLE! MINDSETIt was 29° F this morning. By the time we started pickleball it was 35°. I had 3 layers, but was in a long sleeve shirt by the second game. The difference with some cold places is that it is still sunny and dry and you can still do everything outdoors. I feel like in these areas even though...- biophase

The Social Media Duality: Tool of Destruction? Or Growth?
HEALTHI don't think this is the case if you dig deep enough. The first say 10-20 videos will be what you searched for and what others have clicked on. But you click around long enough and some rare hardly viewed videos will eventually pop up. You will also start to get college lectures and presented...- biophase

What do you think of Rich Dad Poor Dad?
HOT! BOOKSSo basically after you learned more, then the book was garbage. That's like saying when I first read the math 101 book and learned addition it was great. But after I learned calculus, the math 101 book was elementary.- biophase

The Social Media Duality: Tool of Destruction? Or Growth?
HEALTHBtw this is where the youtube algorithm shines! If you have back pain and watch one video, you will start to get recommended videos on other parts of your body or other possible reasons that your back hurts. You will learn names of random tiny muscles you never knew you had and stretches for...- biophase
