Wonder if this is a typo but it says the owner defaulted on a $13m loan. If that’s true, the bank did ok.

I have a whoop strap, but after 3-4 months I stopped wearing it. I guess it was because my data was the same everyday. I had the same sleep, same strain, etc. However I do wish I had worn it when I was beginning to get sick. It would have be cool to see my HRV the days prior. Btw, my recovery...

    Natural Dog Poop Cleaning

    IDEA SIDE HUSTLE
Yards are smelly from the pee, not the poop. I live in Vegas also. I have desert landscaping. But in the summer the poo drys so fast in the heat, it’s rock hard and doesn’t smell at all. In my experience the pee dries up quick too, but when you put water on it again, the smell comes back as...

    Natural Dog Poop Cleaning

    IDEA SIDE HUSTLE
The poop will most likely be 100% dried and hard by the time you get to it. I don’t think you will need any cleaning for lawns but for artificial turf I think you’d want to spray some water on it. I know that when I clean my dogs poop and it’s dried on rocks. There’s no way I’m getting it off of...

It would be really cool if we found out this was really a patient’s test. I wonder if they have a data of the accuracy of the first 20 photos compared to the last photos for each person. I bet it drops off a cliff.

I got a 29 but admit I became impatient at the end in guessing. What I found interesting about this test is that I tried to guess without looking at the answers. And usually I didn’t get it correct. But when I was given the 4 choices and then looked back at the eyes I was getting them right. I...

My friend has been a dog trainer for over 20 years. Every year I tell her to raise her price and to stop giving discounts. Finally got her to go up to $125/hr now. This is the time to raise prices, nobody complains because everyone knows prices are going up. Customers don’t think you are price...

Bounce House Rental Business in [Pakistan]

Lol, so that link is a real business that paid for SEO. The owner of that business NEEDS to join the forum then. Because, that website needs alot of work and traffic is the least of his problems.

If that website is your competition, then you will do well. That is one of the worst websites I have seen. It doesn’t even have the price per hour. You can’t even add to cart and I can’t figure out why and I’ve been doing e-commerce for a long, long time lol. Also, what are those percentages...

Has Moving to a Warm and Sunny Climate Made You Happier?

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
An extra 10k a month would mean that you could invest more in build your net worth up much faster that you could move somewhere sooner. It might not change your life this month or next month, but it certainly will change your life in the next five years. And your wife could probably quit her...

So You’re an Elite Performer? Maybe, And Maybe Not.

    GOLD! HOT! MINDSET
I’ve learned that I can only do one thing well at a time. That’s why one year would be 100% concentration on growing business and a little lax on health and working out. The next year, I would concentrate on health and let the business go on cruise control. Regarding being an elite performer...

Seriously, sometime I wonder why you are on this forum. Yes you can find 586 options at 1/4 the price, but are they the same chair? Are they knock-offs that use lesser quality materials? How do you know? The demographic they are going for wants high quality and lightweight products. With...
