Help with picking my next phone

I would probably not go with Huawei again, I had a Nexus 6P and was awful, reviews on new ones seem to be mixed.

Can we create a Discord group?

    RANT
What would be your reasoning? Is it because you are not getting answers as fast as you want? I assure you that discord would not change anything. As said above, people answer when they are not doing stuff.

New venture Website, Looking for feedback

    HOT!
Here is the business model: Auto dealers currently take their own photos (or in some cases reuse photos) to post online to sell. These photos are generally taken on cellphones and dont really stand out. We offer a service that takes these photos for them, with pro cameras and editing. We...

Technically our next step is start calling clients, however Im very sure they will check out our website after speaking to us. So I want it to look as good as possible. I dont want to burn a potential client over something silly on the website.

Thanks, this is very hepful. We just havent done a lot of old cars yet. Our main customer is going to be new car dealers as well, so we want to show up mostly new cars. Also the lights are not blinking they are just on, with certain types of lights they flash when on, just too fast for the human...

I failed miserably but I'm enjoying it

    NOTABLE! EXECUTION
I highly recommend you read this book, it is one of my favorites and really changed the way I think about product offerings. I think there is potential here, as said above, you just need to figure out whos gonna pay you. https://www.amazon.ca/Free-Future-Radical-Chris-Anderson-ebook/dp/B002DYJR4G

Help with picking my next phone

Budget is not a factor for me, and I prefer not to get something I have to order, I like to go to a store and buy something, touch it and feel it (I know thats old school). Even if it costs me more. I know some guys dont really need phones, but for what im doing, ill need something reliable...

Help with picking my next phone

As i posted this, I realized we dont have a tech discussion forum, so hopefully this is the best place for it for now. Anyways I am up for renewal and I would really like to get a phone that will be more geared to my new business. I am leaning heavily toward the samsung note 9, as I like the...

The 5am Club - Worth it?

    HOT! MINDSET
I agree with this as well, I can usually get more done waking up at 9am, its all in your mindset. I actually get the most done late at night, after 9pm. I think everyone has different focus zones, mine is definitely not the morning.

5yrs later, at 33 I've got a multi million dollar business

    HOT!
Im in alberta, we do some fix and flip, but those are costly too. Short term borrowing fees add up quick. Anything cash flow positive gets snapped up quick, and we would have to go quite a ways out to find anything else. Too far for me, as I like to do be very hands on with my rental properties.

This is a good example of how real estate should go. I do some up here, but could never scale like that because of house prices. Might get lucky and find something here for under $300k, but it would need a tonne of work to be livable. Maybe another 60k. Best case your in for $350k, would need...
