    Building a website

Wix is way easier for beginners, you could have a wix landing page up in a an hour. While wordpress is superior, there is a bit of a learning curve and even the extra $100 for divi is not needed.

.kitchen .online .app .blog etc.. - crap or worth it?

Agreed, as someone who owns and flips domains, there are pretty much worthless. Sometimes nice to have for tracking purposes, like if you need more domains to track sources, but you would have to use it online only as a link. As said above, anything over print, radio or tv will confuse people.

He reminds me of the old power thirst video from you tube. Some things he says are so over the top, At one point in the audiobook, he asks why your wasting time sleeping then corrects to over sleeping. The coke comment makes sense based on that lol. View...

Pricing High or Low when Launching

Like everyone else, its tough to say without knowing what you are selling, I would always lean to being a little cheaper to increase your customer base, I dont mind small price increases at a website im familiar with that checks all the other boxes. I dont mind paying a a couple % more for...

So what do you do while you're not profitable?

I agree with as said above, you should be doing something completely different to avoid any issues. I wouldnt be doing any consulting either, work a job that pays the bills and gives you the time to focus on your idea. Work a job you wont be afraid to leave when your ready to jump.

So what do you do while you're not profitable?

I am currently working at a job, while building my idea in my free time. I feel like that would be a pretty common answer. Unless your idea is amazing, then you may be able to get someone to finance you while your making things happen. Tonnes of companies arent profitable for months or years.
