    It's relative to where you live. I believe that it is cheaper to live in Malaysia or Bolivia than in London or New York. Ergo a decent wage in Malaysia or Bolivia would be lower than in London or New York.

    I’m in the UK. I’m English and had a few Nigerian acquaintances when I lived in London. My own parents are Irish and I’m told Lagos is the second biggest world market (after Dublin) for Guinness so perhaps that’s the link for me!
