    Anyone investing in UK property?

Yeah I have read Rob's book and listen to his podcast, their advice is to stay clear of London for the moment. When you say you can get a buy to let mortgage without the salary limits, how flexible are you talking? Can you get one with literally no provable income at all (as is often the case...

    Anyone investing in UK property?

I agree that entry is difficult, I think I highlighted why it's difficult in my OP in that you either have the choice of saving to buy in cash which is difficult, or getting buy to let mortgages where you only need to save a 25% deposit, but the lenders requirements seem to force you into...

    Anyone investing in UK property?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone is investing in UK property on this forum? I'm considering getting involved. I think property is fastlane based on the fastlane commandments although scale is difficult. My only issue in researching property is that it seems that banks are really really reluctant to...

How To Automate Your Instagram Account

    SOCIAL MEDIA AMA
For arguments sake, could you start 5/6 accounts in male niches (beards, success quotes, cars, muscle, hairstyles) and then start stores with products that would appeal to these niches like beard oils, hair products, cosmetics, supplements etc. and then promote these brands (their instagrams and...

How To Automate Your Instagram Account

    SOCIAL MEDIA AMA
How effective would this strategy be if I was building up 10+ accounts in a niche and then promoting my ecommerce store or brand instagram on those accounts once they have enough followers? There seem to be a lot of ecommerce businesses on instagram trying this follow/unfollow strategy, maybe...

Interested in starting an commerce business...

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a bit of advice I suppose. I've had what I think is a great idea for an ecommerce business. There is a product that does really well in the US. They seem to be a market leader and a really strong brand in the US but are only selling their product on Amazon in the UK...

Saw the link before it was removed, but I don't live in the US. I've honestly tried I'm an insider. I read through @Vigilante 's thread on importing but really struggled finding a product to import which was unique and not already sold on the market.

You can only be positive for so long. I'm going to docs for depression caused by entrepreneurship failings.

Is it really motivating though? If you work a shit job which you don't want to do and you're on this forum, chances are you're already taking action in some way, shape or form. No one needs to be reminded that they have a shit job.

IDK bro you'll probably say hard work. Good for you that it got you to where you need to be but there are plenty out there who work hard and get nowhere

Exactly my point, and because of this it's probable that most businesses will fail. The OP is just a very condescending, arrogant post which doesn't really offer any value. It's basically just him saying he is better than everyone else because he managed to succeed.

You talk like it's really easy to start and run a successful business but it's not. There is a reason that most businesses fail.

A journey to quitting my job

    EXECUTION
I know starting over is not ideal, but I feel it's also valuable to know when to pivot when something isn't working which has clearly been the case for my past endeavours. What is my goal? My goal is simply to quit my job and live independent of employment. What steps are between me and that...

ok long story short, sent over another little sample and got the job offer. It's only for $3 per hour but will be a confidence builder and will help me build up my profile. Still no idea how all of this Upwork stuff works but I'm sure I'll learn along the way!

    EXECUTION
OK, interestingly I've just had a reply from one of the job application stating that they love my writing and that I "have a way with words" (lol). They have asked that I send a sample description of one of the products they are selling and a sample of some past writings similar to this job (I...
