MARKETINGStart a new business/website similar to Clickbank but offer much better products/services for both producers and consumers--make Clickbank regret not signing you and your product. Selling without a business entity
Yes that tax thing is true (at least in California) Did a LLC back in 2012 and immediately was on the hook for an annual minimum franchise tax of $800. Not sure if others states (or countries) do this But I am sure there some sort of annual tax. - Jesse- Jesse Dallenbach
