    I think that buying ONE real estate property and completing your goal on it, renting or flipping, is better than paying someone to tell you about case studies of real estate.

    I am an active real estate investor, in my opinion, whatever money you are going to use for this class....use it to buy your first property. Nothing teaches better than experience. Looking at the courses on that link, the vast majority of that stuff can be found on Google or on biggerpockets...

    I have an idea for a consumer electronic product, I've reached out via alibaba, to some manufacturers about getting a prototype done but I am hitting walls. How would you suggest getting around those walls?

    I used a HML, I only had to prove I had funds in my bank account, not where those funds came from. There is always a way around or through things.

    I don't have any rentals, I am not into being a landlord yet. I just do flips as of now. Also, look at Prosper.com and Circlebacklending.com, they are both competitors for lending club.

    If the terms are there, and the monthly spread is wide enough, I see why you couldn't use them. It's a loan just like any other loan.
