WHY we must protect places like TFF

    LANDFILL
But you do understand why he had to make that thread right? You see, if you were here when that thread was made or even before the thread was made. There were SO many shitty threads created about crap that no one cared about. Meaning, the threads didn't provide value, not a single F*cking bit...

How to raise 5M on Kickstarter and Become an instant Millionaire

    HOT!
Kickstarter projects like this ruin the chances for many other campaigns that actually care about their consumers. Its horrible. One major bad apple ruins the chances for thousands.

    Get started. Keep going.

    MINDSET
Some great points Andy. Getting caught up in perfectionism really hampers your progress. I know because I do it a lot lol. Sometimes getting started is also easier then contemplating whether you should get started or not.

    Looking for some great audiobooks

AskGaryVee is AWESOME! Have been listening to it for the past week during my walks. Was going to buy the book, but then decided to buy the audio version and for one reason; I really like Gary's energy when he is talking, it is a totally different experience--I think-then it would be reading...

First startup I worked for now has 1.3mill in seed funding

How do you define "wrong way", from your perspective or the companies? Did you try to understand what they were trying to accomplish with the startup? Did they tell you were in charge? Did you tell them your vision for the startup? Why did they throwout the original plan for a new one? From...

Top 3 Things Start-ups Can Learn From Justin Bieber

    WEB/DIGITAL
I used to hate Bieber and his music when he first started out. But since he dropped his new album, he has really matured as an artist and I'm kind of a fan of him now. And saying he is only famous because of his good looks is very arrogant and stupid. Not everyone can do what he does and has...

21/M/USA. Just stopped my own downward spiral, currently accelerating on the Fastlane entrance ramp!

    INTRO
Very informative post! I completely agree. When I don't spend time relaxing for an hour or so during the day, I tend to binge on something during the week (watch tv shows, watch too many youtube videos, etc.). So what I do now is, I go for an hour long walk everyday while listening to an...

It's going pretty well. Haven't landed a single job thus far though... Completed quite a few tests on Upwork this weekend and will complete more today, so that should definitely help. Weekends are not as productive as I would like them to be--will have to work on that. My cousin doesn't have...

As I'm writing cover letters now on Upwork... Holy Sh*t! I'm starting to ask questions and see things that I haven't been able to see before. Everything is just so much clearer. I'm more focused on the client then myself. Reading in-between the lines to provide the value I possibly can...

Waves of motivation? Procrastination? What's happening here?

    MINDSET
Why do you keep quitting very early with whatever you do? A lack of purpose, because motivation only gets you so far. But a reason beyond yourself gets you further. Why do you want to succeed? Start by reading this thread Who are you gonna help along the way? You say you go to the gym...

    NOTABLE! MINDSET
I came up with this business idea early last year and didn't follow through with it because I didn't truly believe in myself or my capabilities (I was lacking in the mindset department). But now after I changed myself completely physically and mentally during Q3 and Q4 of 2015; which to be...
