Can I be reported/sued for "stealing" an idea?

    IDEA
No need to justify yourself. It's pretty common in all industries. Very few products nowadays are brand new inventions anyway. Heck, I'm looking at successful products right now and seeing if there's anything I can improve!

    Is this Fastlane? $700K/day. LOL.

    EXECUTION
Then it can be said that creating any product is an event. Her product just happened to take less time than others. Not sure about that one. Like @oldscool mentioned, none of her siblings have been able to turn their fame into what Kim has. Not saying she didn't have some luck on her side, but...

Can I be reported/sued for "stealing" an idea?

    IDEA
Wouldnt that just be rebranding? Snuggie did that.

    Is this Fastlane? $700K/day. LOL.

    EXECUTION
She first became famous because her sex tape with her C-list celebrity boyfriend RayJ went viral. When it first happened, I thought she was just reckless...but now that I see what she's accomplished, I wouldn't be surprised if she used it as a launching pad, like Paris Hilton's, seeing how...

    Is this Fastlane? $700K/day. LOL.

    EXECUTION
This unknown girl took a page out of someone else's book (her ex-bff Paris Hilton), tweaked a few things, and now she's a billion-dollar brand herself. That's some fastlane stuff right there.

How much is being on the front page of Imgur & Reddit worth? About $8,050.

    MARKETING
$8000? Is that earnings based on what you would earn via ad earnings only?

"You Rich Doctors Only Care About Money"

    HOT! PEOPLE
I have the utmost respect for ER doctors. Ya'll see and deal with a pretty high concentration of annoying patients and insane situations...I still can't get over some of the things I saw in there... I worked in the triage as a student for about a year in a level 1 trauma center (the only one...

    Need advice :)

    WEB/DIGITAL
Marketing: you can only really tell of its quality based on the cost per download of your campaigns (which is something you'd need to research more to find the category average that you could gauge against). Product: feedback from downloaders is the easiest and most direct way to gauge product...

    HOT! PEOPLE

Does the true Internet fastlane exist?

    EXECUTION
Every business requires sales/marketing, maintenance, and support to grow and survive. Whether it can be scaled is another question, but there's no business that can be set to auto-pilot from day one. You need to first build and scale your business to the point where auto-pilot is actually an...

    Older and feeling behind

    HOT! MINDSET
I do compare myself with my peers but I like doing it. I use it as motivation. There is ALWAYS someone that's ahead of me in some part of my life, so I use it as fuel to work/train/learn harder. If using it as motivation ain't your cup of tea, I believe there's a saying to the effect of: "Stop...

    MINDSET
Watched videos on this guy before. Thought he was cool until I watched a video documentary that he was in...Safe to say the guy is probably NOT the type of person you want to emulate.

GO TO COLLEGE... A little Rant.

    GOLD! EXECUTION
From what I've seen in the US startup world, the programming field is the most forgiving when it comes to not having degrees. Not sure about the corporate world, but lots of startups don't care about a CS degree, as long as you know how to code and can prove that you can with a portfolio of...

Quit my Job. Starting My First eCommerce Business.

    EXECUTION
Definitely. I thought it'd be "easy" money but I realized how razor thin the margins were for most products and how I'd have to rely on paid traffic way too much for everything. Thankfully, I didn't spend too much time or money on it. Two things (amongst MANY MANY other things) I realized after...

How do grades affect your life

    HOT!
Depends. If you want the "best" jobs right out of college, most firms will look at GPA, like investment banks and consultancies. You would obviously also need them for grad schools. Outside of that, no it doesn't matter.

You might wana look up lifestyle businesses on google. This forum is probably not the best place to research them as most of the advice here is geared toward regular businesses rather than lifestyle ones.
