Need to do Conversion Rate Optimization, but no clue (getting 0 sales from 4/week)
HOT! MARKETINGI bought Screen.Studio for 100 bucks. What sold me was the reviews on YouTube. 100 bucks is low enough that I wouldn't consider a 50 dollar alternative with 0 social proof.- FJ123

Alternatives to "freemium"?
SAAS / APPSWhether a free plan is good depends on you. Do you value adoption over revenue? What is your product? How expensive is a free plan (to you, the business owner)? and the list goes on and on... P.S. Can't you just start off with a free plan and then move to paid whenever you like? What's the...- FJ123

The Biggest Issue with Coffee Is...
HOT! IDEA FEEDBACKI like the taste. The taste itself puts me in a good mindset. The smell of coffee makes me feel like an entrepreneur. The buzz is too much. My head is racing at 1000 miles per hour. Then when the hit subsides I get brain fog and a headache. But I still drink it daily lol.- FJ123

Starting a business in the Spreadsheet Space
EXECUTION@aboutkaizen... did you make that video? I keep seeing the same pattern again and again. People want to build something but they never get round to it... How many times are we going to keep motivating guys on here just for it to fall on deaf ears... Please tell me you made that video. I'd...- FJ123

yes, any time man. I've been running my marketing business for 1.5 years now and everything you said is 100% true. People want recipes or consumable content. They think the secret to success can be found in a how-to guide. I really like how you debunked that myth. I'll bookmark that post and...- FJ123

Starting a business in the Spreadsheet Space
EXECUTIONI second the YouTube video idea. You can spend ages making a course that no one wants. YouTube is great because the feedback loop is pretty short. You'll figure out what your audience likes pretty quickly. Also, the YT algorithm connects you to your customers. If you make a course now...- FJ123

How My 19-Year-Old Son Built an $8K Web Design Business in 60 Days
GOLD! WEB DESIGNI mean you got through to a business owner (albeit broke) You won't lose much by creating a 5 page website on Wordpress in an afternoon and asking him what he thinks. Then say he can have it for 100 bucks. To be honest, he'll probably start asking you questions like... "can you add this, can...- FJ123

How My 19-Year-Old Son Built an $8K Web Design Business in 60 Days
GOLD! WEB DESIGNAm I being naive, or shouldn't this be really simple? "Get a website in 7 days. Only $350." (filter out anyone who won't buy today.) Then a picture of your face and a sentence saying "This is an introductory offer. These prices won't last forever" (basically, make the cheap price believable +...- FJ123

Google Ads is simple - Match the search term, ad & landing page
HOT! MARKETINGyou read in lots of copywriting books that you have to have "benefit driven copy". you have to guess what your customer's pain point is and then talk about it etc. The headline must talk about "the dream result" etc. this type of marketing is the complete opposite of that. I understand in an...- FJ123
