    RANT
Yes, we over complicate things. We also understimate the effort required. Weird how that works out.

I'll jump on the bandwagon a bit. I've easily made back my $7 / mo investment just from all the awesome advice I've gotten on this forum and the monthly accountability group. Pretty sad that anyone would send hate mail over it.

SEO Consulting idea didn’t worked out as planned, how to find better places to validate a business idea?

    IDEA EXECUTION
Actually, I believe @BizyDad would agree with you. By adding some kind of personal touch (like BizyDad suggested) you will differentiate yourself from 99% of the people selling SEO services.

You hit the nail on the head. You can never get "the best wife". And more importantly, what does that mean? Once you're married will you be full of regret because her stats aren't good enough? If you just look at the people around you like numbers on a spreadsheet, won't that lead to misery?

Even the Financial Times? When I worked in Co Op, only super rich people would buy it. I've always thought if one newspaper could help you become rich, it would be that one lol.

It's one of many mindsets to get you there. Boiled down, you are saying "keep doing the right things for long enough" - I 100% agree with you on that.

Quit Job or do side bussiness first?

    QUESTION
If you're really good at sales, networking, figuring out pain points and building great solutions... then quit your job. Otherwise, it might take a year or two to learn all that stuff.

Towing the line between optimisim, confidence & arrogance

    MINDSET
I'm still new to running a business, and things are starting to heat up. One thing I'm learning first hand is that you have to be optimistic. I try new things and tell myself it's gonna be great. I convince myself I'm on the right track. I mean... how would I know? I'm still new. I do...
