Dealing With Customers Pissed Off Over Delayed Shipments?

    PEOPLE
If you're really looking to build a long term and profitable business, buy the stock and don't dropship. By dropshipping you're eliminating any chance of repeat customers for the most part. Decreasing the lifetime value of a customer like that hurts.

What book are you reading? Right now. Post up!

    NOTABLE! HOT! BOOKS CHAT
I stopped reading books for the most part. Instead of reading, you could be building your business. You'll learn much more by doing than by reading.

Publishing a book using a launch company… to ensure it'll be a true hit.

    EXECUTION
Just curious, how much are you actually making per sale? I know publishing houses take MASSIVE cuts. That's the one reason self publishing has always looked more attractive to me.

    Business ideas for teenage entrepreneurs

    IDEA
I'd say try freelancing (copywriting?) to get some capital. But also learn copywriting, it's an invaluable skill. Then maybe look into launching a dropshipping or FBA site. Maybe flip sites. By now you'll have decent capital and you're at a young age. Launch a startup?

    money vs morality

    MINDSET
Morality wins every time. As Gary Vaynerchuk says, "it's not about how much you make, it's about how you make your money." Build a lasting legacy your family would be proud of.

Thank you both guys! I think this part of entrepreneurship is generally looked over, that's for certain. You both have changed my perspective and I'm extremely grateful for that!

    Anxiety From Entrepreneurship?

    HEALTH
This was awesome, thank you. Failure above all else. I've failed before and I hustle daily and work my a$$ off and still fail. It just feels like the walls are closing in around me. It's difficult to explain.

    Anxiety From Entrepreneurship?

    HEALTH
Anyone else have this? Lately I've had severe anxiety all due to entrepreneurship and stressing about it all. I've never really had this, but it's gotten really bad lately.

Copywriter from Boise, Idaho ... is this place awesome or what?

    INTRO
I recommend trying to build an online business as a side hustle to your copywriting career. At least that's what I'd do. Yes, copywriting can be lucrative but what happens when you go through a rough patch and can't get enough work for your cost of livings? What if something happens medically...

Is this is even MORAL? Creating a brand and a story.

    MARKETING
Honestly, so many new companies do it it's ridiculous. I wouldn't worry about it; business is business.

Is Handwriting Direct Sales Letters Worth It?

    MARKETING
Hmm. Interesting. Another idea I had was attach say a $20 bill to the top of the letter and say something along the lines of "yes, this is a real $20 bill. There will be a lot more where that came from." I believe that'll certainly get their attention.

Is Handwriting Direct Sales Letters Worth It?

    MARKETING
The average lifetime value of a customer in my field is around $80,000. I'd say 12.375 hours is well worth that.

    MARKETING
I just began, it's my first direct mailing campaign. I think I'm gonna try writing 50 of these tonight and tomorrow and mail them out, then test 50 of just printed letters and see if the time is worth it.
