Building a Manufacturing Conglomerate Progress Thread

Yep! My guys took a video of me doing some of the more complicated tasks because it's easier to follow. I've seen businesses put QR codes on stations that employees can scan that takes them to the relevant instruction video

Building a Manufacturing Conglomerate Progress Thread

    EXECUTION
    - Hired a new marketing employee. With 80/20 thinking, the main opportunity we have is paid social media ads, which means the hire needs to be good at making creatives. Out of all the candidates that applied, I only looked at those that have a track record of making good videos. Out of those...

Don't remember where I know this since it's been years since I was into privacy. But your phone is listening to you even if it's locked. Doesn't matter if you have android or apple, they all share everything with each other.

This actually sounds like a great business idea. An AI service that reduces hospital bills, pay only if it reduces the bill by more than $10k or something.

I think it just looks that way because of different life experiences. I'm personally glad to hear alternative views even if I don't agree with everything he says, especially given how tied health is to business performance and overall life quality. -------- On on another note. I recently hired...

I'm actually amazed at how much flak you get on here. This forum's principle is that we disagree with the mainstream culture/perspective on financial matters... but that same mainstream are somehow 100% right on every other matter lol.

Heat Exchangers My neighbor who's been in business for 5 years runs an industrial heat exchanger manufacturing business. I'd guess he's in the mid 7 figure annual revenue range, which is insane growth speed for a manufacturing business with no outside capital. I'm sure he'll continue to grow...

How to Hire a Marketing Employee for Small Businesses?

    MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA SCALING
I'm planning to hire a full-time, marketing employee. I'm thinking of sharing my thought process, with the hope that the thread becomes a living guide to others so we can learn from each other and everyone gets to learn from any mistakes I make. First, I'll break it down to what tasks I expect...

Internal work has been the biggest thing. The more I work on becoming a better person, then more I can sympathize with them and work on getting us on the same team. There's also specific advice like hire as slow as you need to because you'll regret rushing to hire somebody and they turn out to...

Is Passive Income Less Attainable Than Before?

    HOT! QUESTION
I've always been fascinated by books as a business. Most authors are artist-dreamer types who are all about themselves and not the customer. What would happen if you treated writing as a business where you study the market, write books that are directly targeted towards a niche, thinking about...

What about an employee who's both? My operations manager is so phenomenal in so many ways until it gets to the part where he isn't lol. I do blame myself. I think I trained him to pass the big problems to me instead of showing him how to handle them himself. He's just not naturally wired to...
