    UPDATE - I've had 94 disputes raised across Stripe and Paypal in 18,000+ orders. I think that's acceptable. The vast majority are fraud too. People know their bank will side with them over us.

    I told BoA that they're backing fraud and I sent them email proof that the customer received it and they're happy with it. BoA didn't care and backed the chargeback. Why would they alienate their customers? It's not like they pay for the chargeback fees.
