    I've tested manual CPC bidding and didn't get anywhere. I only bid for impressions now but it doesn't matter how you slice the cake. FB charges you for impressions (CPM). If you want a CPC bidding system you need Adwords.

    I have some ads on 6 cent CPCs but I don't really care about that. I use a simple money in vs money out formula. At the end of the day, you're paying for CPM anyway.

    I always do my research the other way around. Find the audience first, research what they like or buy then run products and ad campaigns towards that. It's much easier.
