    The "Chimp" is that voice in your head and the "Paradox" is that it wants the best and worst for you. I highly recommend you read it. This book and Mindset by Carol Dweck changed how I think and it changed my life.

    I'll go a step further: don't own a car. Since I sold my M3 Sport, I haven't looked back. For me, car ownership was a depressing trap. Grab, Didi, Uber and GoJek for the win!
