    @WillHurtDontCare and @ZCP I should mention that IDEA ONE is more of a horizontal market (with few players), while IDEA TWO is a vertical market on a scale of (horizontal) 1 - 10 (vertical) IDEA ONE is 5.5 while IDEA TWO is 9

    Good question. I find that the product I'm working on (marketplace extension) doesn't do well with presales. However there are ways to talk with users before I pick ideas.
