    Love the general structure of that deal. If I, or my company does x amount in sales, or increase, or whatever, I will pay you x Percentage for a year. In return, we meet once a month for x hours during this year. Who wouldn't be happy with this ?

    Thanks @Walter Hay . The clothing is Nike. I checked and they have 7 factories there...but I was thinking...why / how could this guy be selling Nike ? I mean...they're HUGE ! His minimum is 50 pieces which also seems low to me for that brand.
