Good for you for posting. @biophase has some good eCommerce threads. I personally don't do eCommerce so don't have much input. I do wonder if providing a service would be quicker for you to get started and profitable?

What differentiates a business person from everybody else

    MINDSET
I think there's a difference between venting and complaining. With venting, I suspect he's dealing with it but it annoys him that he has to.

I don't think they have. They're rolling out automatic video ad creation for Google Ads advertisers, and they're figuring out how to put ads into the AI results.

They don't complain (or complain less). Love him or hate him, Gary V once said the biggest "tell" of a loser mindset is complaining. What's the point complaining? If you're not going to do anything about it, then don't complain. If you ARE going to do something about it, then don't complain...

What platform are you referring to, or do you mean in general? I quite like short videos (if the platforms stay on topic). They don't have time to ask you to subscribe or Like the video, and we subscribe if we get value. I think YouTube is pretty good at pushing content that grabs and keeps...

Elevenlabs voice cloning blew me away too. I think V3 allows adding emotion tags before text (such as "[surprised]What do you mean?"). I've not played with that much but if it works then maybe get AI to put in the appropriate prompts? X is dead to me. I tolerate LinkedIn. I love YouTube.

Good point. I agreed. Even trying to train up people working *inside* a company is hard. Imagine trying to train people to the same level with public content? When I tried to explain how we build campaigns in my Google Ads content and courses, it always feels like I've only scratched the...

Gorgeous. There's loads of them in our town. I just call them Golden Retrievers, but maybe I'm mistaken. That one sitting on the window sill is so funny. She's called Molly and all the kids point her out when they go past. A few doors up there's a different dog who stands up at his gate...

Ooo. First time using a standing desk. I like it! I need to raise the screen a bit off the desk, and tidy the cables. I'm not sure whether to add those sound dampening tiles on the wall, or get one of those foam balls that go around the mic.
