Just tried out premium version of Claude. Super impressed. I had a partnership proposal from someone in the local services industry I'm wanting to get back into, that has established connections with the providers we would be targeting in a very specific niche with a lot of new compliance...

That they have an Australian accent doesn't at all help me forget my time working in insurance sales for the "cool young insurance company shaking things up" in Australia. This video always gives me PTSD

My Journey | From Self-Sabotage to Growth

    SIDE HUSTLE MINDSET
Maybe you're going to bed waaaay too late. I was naturally a late night person too. If your day job work isn't physical, maybe try and exhaust yourself more at the gym or something. I used to look at Jocko Willinck posting pictures of him waking up at 4am and think no way. Now that's like...

This is very important to me. Funny thing is that the 2 people who both influenced me the most on this are both named Andy. But couldn't be more polar opposites haha. How you do anything is how you do everything. - Andy Black. Wipe your F*cking piss off the toilet seat. - Andy Frisella

"When you win the night you own the morning." After work i was in the habit of crashing out almost immediately. Even though I was still waking up at 3 or 4am for a 5am start, my day is so much better by just spending that extra time preparing the night before. I think this will help me to tune...

I'm surprised that Craig Ballantyne's channel doesn't have more subscribers. Since I've started becoming far more disciplined with planning my day the night before and waking up at 4am the last 6 months, my life has changed quite a lot. I'm going to give his book, The Perfect Day Formula, a read...

Rental Equipment as a Fastlane Business Idea? Am I wrong?

    IDEA
A guy I used to work with at my current job is trying to do this with generators in Australia. He has a bit of an advantage as his business partner is part Aboriginal and a lot of these projects try (are forced?) to use Aboriginal businesses. No idea how he is going with it though. If your...

One of my favourite youtube channels has been running for 15 years and have never once asked me to smash that like button or subscribe. They just genuinely enjoy talking about and making fun of movies. In the long run I think it's worked out really well for them.

Interesting video. Predicts a housing market crash in Australia in 3 to 5 years due to Australia having such a large percentage of the workforce in the white collar service industry that will be smashed by AI.
