HOT! CHATYeah it must be different here in Australia as I have commercial clients in buildings that have other offices leased separately that have their own cleaning or do it themselves. Common areas are handled by the building manager/leaseholder though. Majority of my clients though are not really in...- MattR82

HOT! CHATI'll start one tonight. I saw one from Lex but it was a bit more about being a middleman for referrals which is a bit different.- MattR82

HOT! CHATJust had a commercial real estate/construction company sign on with my commercial cleaning biz to do their offices. I need to work out some kind of referral offer, probably more along the lines of something they can offer to people that lease commercial property from them. I had a look but...- MattR82

What do you guys think about selling a SMM (Social Media Marketing) service for businesses?
IDEAWhat concerns me with getting into selling FB ads as a service is how many people complain about being unfairly shut down for no reason at all. Good to learn though.- MattR82

Growing My Cleaning Business - My Journey
EXECUTIONWow, what great timing to see this thread pop up. I'm a few months into my commercial cleaning biz and I'm already making more than with anything else I've tried, currently at 5k AUD per month in monthly recurring contracts. I think there is a massive amount of potential in it. Not just...- MattR82

HOT! CHATIt's a scene of me getting continuously punched in the face over and over from digital marketing over the last few years haha. It all works out in the end though when I started a commercial cleaning business. That's how that movie ends, right?- MattR82

HOT! CHATI'm still surprised at the amount of people here that have a car as their profile pic. It's completely different when it's someone using their own actual car that they bought once they became successful, but otherwise... I don't get it. On a few different levels.- MattR82

Grand Theft Auto VI by Rockstar Games was leaked by hacker this morning.
OFF-TOPICIt's been funny to hear a bit about how ruthless the parent company, Take-two, is with their legal team. Charlie from Moist Kiritkal and Mutahar from SOG making it jokingly sound like there are actual hitmen on the loose now, lol.- MattR82

Andrew Tate Banned? A prime example of the Commandment of Control
HOT! IDEADeplatforming from social media is one thing, but if what he says about financial institutions rejecting him at the exact same time is true, that's scary indeed. He was pretty tame in that interview though, compared to some of the childish, whack stuff he has put out before.- MattR82

How much should you care? (That the world is burning)
HOT! HEALTHIt was so incredibly weird when a friend visited a few months ago and one evening changed the tv from streaming apps over to terrestrial free to air tv to watch the 5pm news. My housemate and I looked at each other and gave the kind of looks you see when a dog farts in a crowded room. We...- MattR82

HOT! CHATJust watched running with the devil, the John McAfee story. Doco is a bit meh and full of vice wannabes trying to look cool, but I really didn't know how batshit crazy he was. I thought a lot of it was a show, but he really was bonkers on his home made meth/bath salts concoction.- MattR82
