    How do you drive?

    OFF-TOPIC
I think there's something mentally wrong with people that tailgate, yet 80% (?) of people do it. I will leave something like a 3 second gap but still drive the speed limit. I use driving these days as a way to consciously practice getting better at patience lol, no joke. I don't speed to beat...

You're right. That's some nice stats actually. I'm probably a bit too bitter from my own experiences but that's a great return for some of those guys!

Creating a referral system for a commercial service business

    MARKETING
Ah, yeah it's similar to mentioned above, 10% referral finders fee. I'm trying to think a bit more outside the box. I've updated the thread title to commercial as there's such a big difference to what works with b2b.

Creating a referral system for a commercial service business

    MARKETING
I think that works well in residential services, I'm a big fan of review funnels for that, but I'm discovering commercial is really different.

Creating a referral system for a commercial service business

    MARKETING
Up to 21 weekly clients now but holding off on any serious referral strategy until I have some casual employees. Growing fast enough naturally and I'm feeling my age a little at the moment. The problem is in the first clean. Had 3 new clients last week, which is great, but the first clean is a...

How to get 10k Instagram followers(or more) in less than 90 days

    MARKETING
I am legitimately having PTSD flashbacks from trying to make organic IG growth. Some great stuff here, but I do have to wonder if the juice is worth the squeeze. I'm probably being a bit too defeatist about it. I did find there was a disconnect between what people can afford to do with time...

Alex Hormozi. What is your opinion? Mine is (mostly) negative.

    GURUS
I'm really enjoying Alex's little sales nuggets on YouTube shorts. I already kinda used one of his techniques to turn a $300 a month client into a $2500 a month client. It was the clip talking about the different supplements they tried to get people to buy after onboarding them to a workout...

What business to start with one hour a day?

    QUESTION
After hours office/commercial cleaning. 1 small office can be done in 30 to 60 mins with just a vacuum, some cleaning spray and some microfiber cloths. Get 5 clients, then start hiring, then get more clients. The only thing tricky to learn is how to price for your area. How to clean is available...

WINTER IS COMING: European Winter of '22

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
I just can't get my head around carbon capture. Seems like a bad idea to me. That's assuming they can even get it to work properly lol. I used to work on this Chevron project off the coast of Australia. They don't give a F*ck! Time’s up on Gorgon’s 5 years of carbon storage failure

Man, I feel you. I'm not doing as much as you are, and can't see my friends as they live almost 2 hours away now and I'm building a biz (probs why I've been posting so much shit on the forum lately, haven'tseen my mates for 4 months) but have had a huge amount of success lately in just really...

    IDEA
Learn how to build your own websites. Wpcrafter is a good youtube channel to start on. Get cheap hosting to practice on or use something like local by flywheel to practice building without hosting just on your personal computer (I think local still does this). Get the free version of astra...

An old friend of mine from high school was partying with some random guy thst was talking up bitcoin a few years ago, and they both drunkenly bought about 300 bucks worth of bitcoin each. My friend is not tech savvy though, he can barely turn on a computer lol. Anyway, fast forward to early...
